This site is run by one person, not a newsroom. The address below is actually read, and it is the same channel for a wrong pump price, a timetable that changed, a photo takedown request or a privacy matter.
A price or a timetable is wrong
Tell us which page. UK pump prices come from the DESNZ weekly road fuel statistics, and every page prints the week they refer to: if a newer week is out and the page still shows the old one, that is our collection failing and we fix it. If the figure in the source itself is wrong, we say so and point you at the link to raise it with the department.
A Tube line or a station looks wrong
Line status comes live from the Transport for London Unified API and is only as current as TfL makes it. Railcard, Oyster fare and airport pages are explainers written from nationalrail.co.uk, tfl.gov.uk and gov.uk, each with the official link and the date we checked. If an official page moved or a rule changed, send the new link and we correct it by hand.
You took one of the photos
Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under a free licence, with your name and the licence printed beneath each image. If the credit is wrong, or if you want your photo off the site even though it is freely licensed, write to us: we take it down, no argument.
Privacy and data
There is no sign-up and no visitor database here, so normally there is nothing of yours to delete. Even so, any request about personal data reaches this address and gets an answer.
We do not answer requests for paid links, link exchanges, sponsored posts or "content partnerships". We also do not recommend a hotel, an agency or a filling station in exchange for anything.
